The team at Paul Capper in Eastleigh have been recognised for excellent customer service; winning a Silver award at the Eastleigh BID Awards.
The branch was visited in April by a mystery shopper from Shopper Anonymous and scored on presentation, customer service and sales.
Funeral Director Victoria Dittrich and Funeral Arranger Ruth Rooke were presented with a certificate by the Mayor of Eastleigh at an awards evening on 24 May.
Vicky said: “It is great to be officially awarded for our customer service as the team work hard to care for and look after each individual that contacts us.
“This was a fantastic opportunity to assess the service we provide and learn how we can enhance our customers’ experience.”
