I cannot fault the care and respect that Lisa gave my sister and I when we lost both our parents within 36 hours. Devastating times. They organised a double ceremony which was beautiful. The support was amazing. Thank you Lisa and colleagues for keeping Mum & Dad together whilst under you care and showing them the upmost respect.

The whole team at Paul Capper funeral directors have been brilliant throughout the process. My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly Sam and Tracy collected him and Lisa Wicks was our funeral arranger. She has been so caring, helpful and kind throughout, guiding me through the arrangements, using her experience and expertise in the most supportive way. The team on the day of the funeral led by Neil were great, again guiding me through the day. The team included Tracy, Tim and Jo.
I would recommend Paul Cappers to anyone as they give a personal service at the most difficult time with humanity and caring and being able to assess what is and isn’t appropriate for the family. I would not use any other funeral directors. Thank you Jo Francis xxx❤️

Lisa and the team at Paul Capper were brilliant in helping us arrange our father’s funeral. At such a sad time they helped us with all the arrangements and put us in touch with Sonja Gundry, the celebrant, who treated us like family and spoke so amazingly at the service. The pall bearers, driver and Charlie were exceptional on the day. Thank you to everyone for making it a celebration of dad’s life and guiding us through on the day.

Great service from kind caring staff made a difficult time more bearable. Alex, our initial contact, was brilliant and we cannot thank her enough for introducing us to the wonderful celebrant Charlie Keene. Sarah was also very welcoming and efficient quickly addressing any minor issues in her day to day handling of the arrangements.

The service we received from Paul Capper and Sarah in particular was first rate. She dealt with every enquiry and request with the utmost respect and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble and all actions were carried out in a very timely manner.
I would have no hestitation in giving them a very high recommendation.

the whole procedure was conducted with care and support. I would recommend anybody to use this funeral directors, if you had specific requests these were carried out without any fuss.
